Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518 The space Our house borders on a large shoreline park with many trails. We are 5 minutes walk from Comox Mall, museum, golf course, marinas and many restaurants. We are next to the Filberg Heritage Lodge and park and enjoy the many events throughout the year. Guest access You enter our house through the main entrance using a smart key with your personal code ( last four digits of your phone number). The suite is half a flight up the stair case on your left from the foyer. We live on the main floor downstairs. You have access to all of the upstairs. There is an extra bedroom that we use for storage. Your entrance, foyer, stairs and upstairs is all for use. Your bathroom is for your private use. Other things to note For your protection we will be cleaning the suite before your arrival in accordance with the new Airbnb cleaning protocol.
