The flexible dining area is designed for up to 4 people. However, the tables can also be shared and used as a separate workplace/dining area. Both tables and chairs are also suitable for outdoors. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an energy-efficient new building with ventilation system etc. It boasts a sensationally good location just a 10-minute walk from Kaufering train station with connections to Munich center in just 40 minutes, but also to Landsberg am Lech with its historic old town in just 6 minutes. Lake Ammersee, Lindau on Lake Constance, Augsburg, Neuschwanstein Castle near Füssen and the mountains are also easily accessible. If you are traveling by car, it is only a few minutes to the A96 Munich - Lindau, as well as to the B17 Augsburg - Schongau. One parking space in front of the house is available in approx. 10 minutes' walk away there are plenty of e-charging stations. If you travel by bike, you can safely store your bike in a bicycle shed right in front of the building. There is no shortage of beautiful bike paths in the area.
