The space BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Rest easy in the ultra plush king sized bed with urban jungle decor Bedroom 2: This room features two queen sized beds and unique designer touches BATHROOM The jungle themed full bathroom features modern design, a shower/tub combo, and is fully stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries for your convenience. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need for your culinary adventures. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests with seating for 8. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with comfortable seating and a large smart TV. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living space gives your group room to spread out. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
