Tiny house(s) retreat

Enjoy our 2 tiny houses in Anderson Valley. One includes the full kitchen, living room with mini fireplace and full bathroom. The other is the bedroom, 20 ft. down the boardwalk and connected to a small deck. The tiny houses sit on a far corner of our property with a separate entrance off a safe and quiet country road. We are a 1 mile walk to the historic town of Boonville, where you can shop, eat and taste local wines. We hope our place inspires peace and offers a perfect country retreat. The space Welcome to our home in beautiful Anderson Valley. Our 3 acres is off a dead end country road with views of the valley’s rolling hills and forests. Nights are quiet and dark so stargazing is a must. The town of Boonville is an easy 1 mile walk-leave your car parked and head into town for a meal, wine tasting or a little shopping. The tiny houses sit on a far corner of our property where oak and eucalyptus trees provide both shade and privacy. Our sweet rescue dog Ozzie loves visitors so he might pop over for a visit during your stay. You can invite him inside if you’d like, he won’t stay long but long enough for a good meet and greet! There’s a hammock for guests to enjoy as well as a small deck connecting both tiny houses-plenty of outside space for our guests. Guest access If you’d like to walk around our property, please text us beforehand. Or we are happy to meet you and give you a little tour. There is space among the trees with a hammock just beyond the tiny houses for the guests to enjoy. The small deck off the bedroom is a perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. Other things to note 1. Please note that there is a waterless composting toilet in the bathroom. It requires following a few important steps to preserve and maintain the system. Please review the diagram on the bathroom page. We are also happy to answer any questions you might have about it. It is a different bathroom experience than a traditional toilet in case that is in issue! 2. Our sweet rescue dog Ozzie might wander over for a visit. Please don't be alarmed if you hear a little barking before bedtime-he likes to check in with the other dogs in the neighborhood. 3. Please keep the entrance gate closed at all times to keep the deer out and our dog in. It should close behind you in each direction but please check the latch to make sure it is secure. 4. We have quiet neighbors so we appreciate keeping noise and outside activity down at night. 5. We are available to answer questions or address any concerns. And we're happy to offer any tips for exploring the valley and beyond. :)
