Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. - Less than 2 miles to Nova Southeastern University - Necessary such as; places to eat, convenience stores and grocery stores under 2 miles - Under 2 miles from I-595 towards I-95 - A little over 5 miles to I-75 - About 7 miles from FLL - 10 miles to Fort Lauderdale beaches - A little over 20 miles from MIA Guest access Guests will have access to a private bedroom, dedicated bathroom, and the living space (including the kitchen and liani). Notes for kitchen: -Guest can use any cooking equipment/utensils, as well as any dishes/cutlery. - Guest may use the top 2 shelf’s of the fridge, if you need more let me know. - Guest may use any of the spices in the spice drawer. If you finish a spice left it on the counter. During your stay Feel free to contact me anytime with any questions or comments! Other things to note I am regularly at this property, so be respectful.
