Plenty of room to sleep your entire party. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, I pullout clinch in master, and a triple bunk room. Everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a lot to do nearby, and is located in a really nice centrally located neighborhood. The space This is a basement apartment with zero shared space. It has a totally separate, private entrance. NOTE: we don’t allow animals of any kind at the property. This is due to shared ventilation, and extreme allergies among family members and cleaners. Other things to note *We allow for early check in/check out if it is available at a rate of $20.00 per hour. *PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of the cause, in addition to lost, stolen, or items left behind. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property. *ALSO, we do not allow pets or smoking in or on the property.
