The space This classic early 1900’s farmhouse has 6 bedrooms, dining room, living room, large open eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with all the modern appliances, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Wrap around porch typical to the era, large backyard with gazebo, gas grill, and acres to explore. All rooms are air conditioned. Pool table located in the finished basement. Smart TV located in the living room. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Guest occupancy up to 22 adults and children (infants excepted). A special request must be submitted to host to reserve for groups larger than 16 guests. There is an additional charge of $45 per person per night for guest occupancy between 12-22. Surveillance Cameras are located on the outside porch at front and side entrances.
