This unique converted garden house is located at a private, gated ranch sanctuary a few minutes from Tulum town. Wall-sized windows give great view of greenery outside. You can work or unwind at this serene ranch among birds, rescue animals, flowers & fruit-trees. This secret side of Tulum has beautiful cenotes & lagoons: Kaan Luun, Nopalitos and holistic event spaces such as Holistika, Vesica and Yulim. Tulum Center is about 5 minute car-ride, the beach is around 30 minutes away. The space We cordially welcome you to our ranch garden home, aka 'Casa Jardin'. A converted staff-house, built next to the ranch chapel 'Casa Iglesia' and next to the ranch's main vegetable garden. We highly recommend to keep the mosquito netted sliding doors closed as much as possible and open them briefly only when entering and exiting as Tulum can have a lot of mosquitos, especially during sunset. The kitchen features a gas-stove and fridge-freezer. There is, as a courtesy, a garafon (20L/4 gallons) of filtered drinking water on the counter. You'll have keys to the front gate, your living space, an entire house, and you have access to the central square and yard. Rancho verde is shared with other guests. So there is an opportunity to rent more units with friends or family members. This way you can share public spaces but also enjoy your privacy. Feel free to walk the terrain. For safety and privacy, please don't enter other buildings or go beyond (closed) fences, ropes, doors and gates.
