The open floor plan is perfect for friends to gather and socialize -- sit at the island/bar, relax on the sofa, or grab some snacks and popcorn and move to the comfortable furnishings of the lower level to take in a movie on the 65” smart TV. While the kitchen area is akin to Martha Stewart, the outdoor living is more Dean Martin. The 12x28-foot elevated deck has a shaded table and chairs, and a Char-Broil commercial gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor cooking and entertaining. The lower garden-level patio has luxurious outdoor furniture and a mesmerizing flame table. The backyard in beautifully landscaped and very private.
