My house is a 1958 mid-century modern located in the shadow falls neighborhood of St. Paul. Beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is very close to several colleges, MSP, both down towns and steps away from the Mississippi River. Absolutely a premier location. While the kitchen area is akin to Martha Stewart, the outdoor living is more Dean Martin. The 12x28-foot elevated deck has a shaded table and chairs, and a Char-Broil commercial gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor cooking and entertaining.
