This unit is available as a long term rental (35 or more days) for one person only. This newly remolded studio and bathroom located in SF Bay Area (Silicon Valley) has its own entrance on the side of the garage. Located in Milpitas (Santa Clara County) makes it easy to various highways to get you to San Jose, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. No access to washer and dryer. There is a laundromat around the corner. The host lives in the house however, there is no door connected to the unit. The space A refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron, a sink with kitchen cabinets. A full bathroom with shower. The closet has full mirror doors with enough shelves to organize your personal items as well as to store luggages and hang any garments. A small desk with a chair is provided in the room. Guest access Guests have its own entrance from outside to the unit on the side of the house. Other things to note Parking: You can park on the street, anywhere you see available. No reserved parking is available. Check yourself in with the lockbox *a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged every 14 days.
