Upon entering through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room, a charming dining room, and a fully equipped custom chef’s kitchen. A convenient half bath is conveniently located near the kitchen. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The second floor features two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The first bedroom also includes a luxurious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, foldable mattresses in the closet for accommodating extra guests, a porta crib, a fireplace, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed, a fireplace, and access to a full bathroom. On the third floor, you’ll find two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy fireplace. Additionally, there are foldable beds available for extra guests. Beyond the main house, there’s a guest house located on the opposite side of the property, above the garage. The guest house has a queen futon in the downstairs, a TV in the fireplace, and a queen bed and a full bathroom in the upstairs. The side of the house also features another chef’s kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a theater room. This property comes with access through the garage and a parking space in the garage.
