Large Farmhouse in Coldbrook!

This 10,000 square foot ranch house sits on 600 acres of beautiful farm land. It has 8 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, a large kitchen, a dining room table that sits 18 and a porch with access to an exterior deck. The space has roughly 14 fixed beds (ranging in sizes), 2 pull-out couches (2 Queens) and cots are available, so please inquire regarding your needs. We are flexible with our offerings and can accommodate and charge accordingly. The space This welcoming space was a large family home in its past, with many pieces of art and heirlooms currently being displayed. There is a registered Canadian Morgan Horse Association (CMHA) museum in the basement, along with a small family office as well (light traffic between 8am-5pm by 3 employees during weekdays). We have a separate entrance/exit. We ask that the upmost respect is given by guests, due to the sentimental value of the estate. Guest access Guests will have access to everything that they need. Please inquire with any questions. Other things to note There is a Morgan Horse Farm on the property which is also family owned. Guests can visit the barn but we ask that they wear closed-toe shoes and do not feed the horses. Small children and pets should be kept nearby as these large animals require such a precaution.
