STR Permit Number:00660 Guest access Guests will access the unit via a digital lock with a code. The unit is the first door on the left upon entering the building. Guests have access to the entire home, private laundry, deck, and a private ski locker. Other things to note Farmer's Market is located on S Oak St every Friday (May 30 to Oct 10) from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. No vehicles are allowed to be parked on S Oak street from 8 am to 5 pm. Violators will be towed by the town of Telluride.  Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the unit’s driveway is shared among multiple residences and long-term parking in the driveway is not permitted.
