Guest access You are welcome to use all the spaces and amenities within the eight cottages, as well as the shared outdoor areas, including the private beach, swing set, fire pit, putting green, horseshoe pit, and shuffleboard court. Other things to note House Rules: • No disruptive parties or gatherings • No drugs or illegal substances • No other misconduct Violation of these rules may result in penalties or immediate eviction without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and peaceful environment. Please note: Beach amenities like the fire pit, picnic tables, loungers, and swings are not available from October to March during the winter season. We’re on well water, which is perfectly safe to drink, though some guests find the taste metallic. Distilled water is available at nearby stores. Please bring toiletries, beach towels (we provide bath towels), coal if you plan to use the grill, cooking condiments like oil, salt, and pepper, groceries if you plan to cook, and a lighter and fire starters if you plan to use the fire pit (we provide firewood). We also provide two starter rolls of toilet paper.
