This coastal home is in the Surf town of Pacifica, few minutes from SFO Airport and is situated on a hill above the Pacific Ocean. Uniquely designed beach home built with lots of space for the family to enjoy. Views of Linda Mar beach and easy access to the Bay Area’s famous locations like Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, and Gray Whale Cove State Beach. The glamorous sights of the ocean and the surrounding forest come with spacious rooming for everyone to enjoy. The space UPSTAIRS: There is a large living/dining room/kitchen area with curved windows that enhance the panoramic view of the city. Double door opens out to a large balcony that surrounds the front of the house. A few steps down, are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: One is the Master bedroom (Cal King Bed and desk) with a spacious master bathroom (includes a walk-in shower, two sinks, bidet, JACUZZI). The bedroom opens to a balcony with great views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds. These last two bedrooms share the second full bathroom. There is also a small living room to socialize and watch TV and a stackable washer/dryer for small loads. DOWNSTAIRS: The lower floor has a master bedroom and another huge bedroom that opens to a balcony with their own full bathrooms, Laundry and a spare kitchenette. The main entrance is in this floor. The house has WIRELESS, CABLE TVs, Blink cameras outside and around the house. The garage has a steep slope so cars with low suspension are susceptible to scratches. DO NOT park in the garage if you think that your car could get damaged. Driveway + street parking Each Bathroom have two rolls of toilet paper to give time to the tenants to buy their own if they need more. Guest access Guests will have access to the garage or driveway and to anywhere outside including sides of the house and backyard patio. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying at a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Guests will need to provide the full names of the people staying at the house. Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Parties are not allowed. House is surrounded with exterior cameras. NO pets allowed. If a pet is found inside the house, tenants will be evicted immediately
