In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee of $25 per night, capped at a maximum of $250 per month. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. Guest access You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. Other things to note Guest Verification & Booking Requirements To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement. Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires: A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. A matching credit card. Confirmation of your contact information. A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).
