Enjoy a convenient stay within walking distance to: • Grant Street Groceries : a beloved, family owned grocery store • Downtown Casper : home to family friendly restaurants, coffee shops, and local bars Just a short drive away: • Casper Mountain : 15 minutes • Wyo Sports Ranch / Event Center : 10 minutes • Eastridge Mall – 10 minutes The space Our amazing 108 year old guesthouse located in our back yard above our detached garage “The Kirk”. Has a side entrance. Its main bedroom has one queen size bed that has the only bathroom attached to it with an amazing original claw foot tub that has a shower attachment. Another nook with barn doors has two twin beds and a desk in it. The living room has a pull out couch, recliner and tv. The kitchen is fully stocked. Microwave, coffee pot, airfyer, blender and dishes ect. There is a beautiful “sun room” as we call it with a dinning table in it with a tv. Our home in located on a corner lot with wide streets and lots of parking. Other things to note Accessibility Note: Please note that our guest house requires using two short sets of stairs to access the entrance, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The bathroom features a beautiful vintage clawfoot tub with a shower. Because of the tub’s design, there is a higher-than-standard step to get in and out, so please use caution if you have mobility concerns. A Few Things to Note: • If you prefer complete peace and quiet, this may not be the best fit. We’re a family with young children, so you may occasionally hear kids playing outside during the day. 😊 • Dogs are welcome! We do have a shared backyard and our friendly 10-year-old silver Labrador, Betsy, also uses the space. We’d love to host your pup, too!
