Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. However, the exact day may vary depending on the technician’s route, weather conditions, or operational needs, and the service may take place during your stay. Our maintenance team has external access to the pool area and does not need to enter the house. The cleaning typically takes about one hour, and the pool can be used again shortly after the service is completed.
