You may spot graceful deer, colorful birds, playful squirrels, and even a wandering cat or two. As with any woodland escape, you may also encounter harmless king snakes, fireflies, and a few pesky guests like mosquitoes, ants, spiders, or gnats—after all, this is their home too! We have the home professionally treated for pests monthly, and we do our best to keep nature outside where it belongs. You can help by keeping doors and windows closed and storing food properly. While we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, refunds will not be given for the occasional critter that sneaks inside—it’s all part of the authentic nature experience! 🌿✨ We take great pride in maintaining the hot tub and service it regularly to ensure it’s clean and in great working condition for your stay. However, as with any mechanical feature, occasional issues can arise unexpectedly. While we will always do our best to address any concerns promptly, we do not offer refunds or discounts in the rare event that the hot tub becomes unavailable during your stay.
