Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to multiple indoor and outdoor spaces across the ground spread across half acre with 100-ft private lake front beach. We facilitate automated self-checkin using Schlage Smart lock. Automated numerical key for main door is communicated to the guest over email & text before arrival. Key is valid starting the designated check in time (4 PM) on the day of your booking and not before that time.​ After entering the Numeric key using lock keypad, lock light will turn green. Door bolt can be retracted by turning the external thumb turn towards the hinges and away from the doorjamb to open. There is a deckbox near the lakefront cabana with lifejackets, beach toys and such. The numeric key to the combination lock on the deck box is - 4321 Other things to note No pets are allowed on the property. Reasonable accommodations can be made for service animals. No parties or events are allowed at the property. Please don't exceed the maximum occupancy of the house at any point, even if your guests are not staying the night. Max occupancy limit needs to be strictly followed. Please be respectful of the neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level. Most of them have busy lives and will not hesitate to let us (and occasionally local law enforcement) know if they are getting disrupted. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM at night to 8 AM in the morning. No pets are allowed on the property. Reasonable accommodations can be made for service animals. The house and its surrounding property are strictly non-smoking. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarette and drug use are strictly prohibited at the property. Reasonable number of car parking that the house accommodates is for 5 vehicles. No more than 5 cars should be parked at the property at any point. If anything breaks during your stay, please inform us immediately. Similarly if anything spills during your stay and you cannot clean it up, please inform us immediately. No commercial photography and filming is allowed at the property. House is on septic, so please ensure only bodily waste and toilet paper are flushed down the toilet.
