It has a studio feel, with a combined living room and kitchen, and the bedroom has an opening to the living room with a wonderful view of Santinho Beach. The environment is always airy because it has openings that receive light and ventilation, and the surroundings are wooded. Guest access The area that corresponds to the apartment, the lawn, the stairs, the garage space and the balconies. Other things to note The apartment is attached to a house that will also be rented, there will be other people on the property, but with the space delimited. Loud noise is not allowed, as it is a residential area. Conscious water and electricity consumption is necessary because during the summer season there is usually a shortage of them in Florianópolis. The apartment has a reservoir, but this does not exempt the guest from responsibility.
