Villa Marisa is a two-story house surrounded by greenery in Farnocchia, among the hills of Versilia. It accommodates up to 9 people with 3 double bedrooms, 2 masonry kitchens, 2 bathrooms with shower, fireplace and gas heating. The large private garden offers a barbecue, wood-burning oven, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. Perfect for those looking for relaxation, nature, and walks along the trails. Just 30 minutes from the Versilia sea. The space Villa Marisa is a comfortable holiday home arranged on two levels, each with a separate entrance. Ground Floor On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and modern sanitary facilities, and a double bedroom with direct access to an outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. The floor is completed by a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large wooden table, and a double sofa bed, perfect for comfortably accommodating two more people. First Floor The first floor, accessible via an external staircase, follows the layout of the ground floor. Here, too, we find a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a terrace, and a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa (not a bed) and a smaller oval table. To complete the floor, a second double bedroom entirely furnished in wood, also equipped with a private outdoor terrace. Guest access Guests of Villa Marisa can enjoy spacious and well-kept outdoor spaces that surround the house. Several gardens line the property, offering green corners ideal for relaxing or letting the little ones play in peace. In the main garden, the largest and best equipped, there are comfortable deckchairs, sun loungers, sofas and armchairs positioned in the shade of a parasol: the perfect space to enjoy the sun, read a book or simply rest in the open air. Particular attention has been paid to safety: some external stairs are protected by panels, designed to prevent accidental falls, especially for younger children, thus ensuring a peaceful environment for the whole family. Other things to note I recommend that my guests reach Villa Marisa with a non-sports car, preferably not too low. The last stretch of road (about 1 km) has some potholes due to heavy winter rains, which have caused small landslides and mudslides. The road is still passable, but I do not recommend the use of minibuses or particularly large vehicles: it is preferable to arrive with a normal-sized car, to travel in greater safety and comfort.
