The space The property is a newly built apartment located in a secured compound with: - 24/7 security guard - CCTV - Spacious living and dining - Open kitchen - 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds (4 adults) and 1 bunk bed (for 2 persons. Top bed is for a person above 6 year old and below 130kg) - 2 bathrooms - Laundry room - Terrace - Hammock - Common swimming pool (shared with other apartments) - Private access to the beach - Free parking in the compound - Kayak - Barbecue - Free wifi - Smart TV (Netflix complimentary in living and master bedroom) Send us a message for early check-in and/or late check-out. If we can accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out it will be charged 20€ accordingly. Guest access The whole apartment is accessible to guests. Common areas such as swimming pool and parking are also available. Other things to note The apartment is located in Pointe aux Sables, ideally located to visit the island since it is only 10 minutes driving from Port Louis, 30 minutes driving from the North (Grand Bay) and also 30 minutes driving from the West (Flic en Flac/ Tamarin). A car is highly recommended to discover the island from the apartment. As from 1st October 2025, guests are required to pay a tourist fee of 3€ per person and per night as required by the Mauritius Tourism Regulation.
