Charming Two Bedroom Apartment

Our apartment is in the heart of Malaybalay City, a perfect getaway place for digital nomads, trail runners, mountaineers, and other outdoor enthusiasts. The location is a 6 minute walk to Capitol Grounds, we have UPS for the wifi in the event of the blackout, and the lights are designed for online work. The space Bedroom 1 has a double size bed, while Bedroom 2 has a single size bed. We have extra mattresses, you can set them anywhere you like within the house. We have extra pillows available on the storage box. Kitchen: Help yourself to whatever food we have. Key Points to Remember: Malaybalay City’s water supply is unstable, we use a water pump for the apartment to keep water supply steady however if there is power outage the water supply is also lost. In case of brownouts, a backup water container is provided inside the bathroom. Please make sure to keep the blue water container full at night or whenever the water is running to ensure sufficient supply during your stay. Guest access Only the 2nd floor of the building is available. Our food is your food, please help yourself to whatever you find in the apartment. Everything in the kitchen you can use but please do not bring them outside the apartment. Feel free to use the monitor, keyboard and mouse for online work. We have a few office supplies that might come in handy. Guests can use the outdoor equipment, but please do not take them for major climbs. They are for light camping and fishing. The most important thing guest should know is that the artwork, books, plants and decorations are collections of our travels abroad and in the Philippines, we hold them dear as they are gifts from family and friends. We ask you handle them with love, they have travelled thousands of kilometers to our home. Other things to note Weather in Malaybalay can get cold and normally rains in the afternoon up to the evening, we have jackets and an umbrella available for guests in the apartment. We live near a Mosque, prayer time is 5 times a day and only for a few minutes. We request guest to be respectful to our Muslim brothers and sisters by observing this time for prayer. The neighbors dogs will bark at some point. If you are having online meetings , a pair of noise cancelling headphones will do the trick.
