This stylish home offers three comfy bedrooms, a large living area, an open kitchenette, and a pristine bathroom with a hot shower. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, and the other rooms have fans. It's truly the perfect place to kick back and recharge after soaking up all that Jogja has to offer! The space Escape to a serene three-bedroom home, tucked away on a quiet, low-traffic street. Surrounded by a vibrant tropical garden, it's the perfect spot for a truly peaceful getaway. Step inside to an inviting central living area that flows seamlessly into a compact open kitchen, ideal for light meal prep. The bathroom offers the best of both worlds: a modern Western toilet, a traditional Indonesian bak mandi, and a refreshing hot water shower. Unwind in the master bedroom with its comfy queen-sized bed and air conditioning, while the two single rooms stay naturally cool with standing fans. You'll find plenty of spots to relax, including a cozy beanbag corner or the dining table for four. Guest access At Rumah Hijau, you get the entire house all to yourself. This means complete comfort and privacy during your stay. Plus, you'll have a private patio overlooking the tranquil garden. Other things to note Parking & Accessibility The parking space directly in front of the house is limited and suitable only for smaller vehicles due to the narrow access lanes. For your convenience and peace of mind, ample and secure roadside parking is readily available on Jalan Tirtodipuran, just a brief one-minute stroll from your doorstep. Guest Capacity Our home is designed to comfortably host a maximum of 4 guests. Please note that both adults and children are counted towards this capacity. While we can provide an extra mattress for an additional fee, we want to set expectations that the house has limited space, so it's best suited for groups of four. Airconditioning Currently, only the master bedroom (with the double queen-size mattress) is equipped with air conditioning. The other two bedrooms (with single mattresses) are kept cool with standing fans, offering natural airflow.
