Do not dispose of trash or foreign objects in it. - Pets are not allowed in the house. - Quiet hours after 11 PM to respect neighbors. - Check-in: After 3 PM - Check-out: Before 12 PM (late check-out may incur fees). - No smoking or cooking inside the studio. - Dispose of wet trash in trash bags then throw in the large dustin at the stair entrance. - No food or drinks on the beds. - Guests are liable for damages, delayed check-out, or excessive mess(cleaning fees apply). - Extra guests beyond booking count: RM50/person. - Towels are not allowed at the beach/pool **RM30/towel fee** if violated. - Discard used masks in bins. - Return items to their original spots. - House should be left in good and clean condition. - Please wash all your dishes after use. - Must Follow Pool Rules( eg : Must wear swimsuit...) ，violations may result in **RM200 fines** by management.
