The SOP & swimming attire dress code can be found in the photos or may contact us for such enquiry. Other things to note HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS Please take your time to read the following house rules & regulations, which apply to all of our guests. We reserved the right to deny admission or to request guest who has been admitted to leave our place without refund or compensate if guest fail to comply any of these rules and regulations, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure the safety, security, or order, or if we feel that the circumstances so require. Check-In Time : from 3 pm onwards Check-Out Time : latest by 12pm Any early check-in and check-out late subject to availability and early request shall be made. LAST MINUTES REQUEST IS NOT APPLICABLE. Do make early request with us. *Check-out later than 12pm do have charges RM50 / per hour (only applicable for non-peak season) and more than 2 hours consider as full day rate. Upon check-out, shall exit vehicle before placing the keys at the same mailbox. Do take pictures and send to us as proof. Please respect other neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm and before 8am. NO SMOKING & PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the premises. Durian and Mangosteen or any other food causes bad smell is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the premises. We do hope our guest take extra care on every items in the places as like how they treat their own property. Any item found loss or damage will have to bear by the guest. If found any damages, please do report to us. In case of access card(s) & key(s) loss or damaged, RM200/per set will be charges on guest. Upon check-out, kindly do:- 1) Switch off all the electrical appliances before leaving. 2) Please wash the used utensils of kitchen appliances. 3) Rubbish can just leave it in the unit, our housekeeping team will collect and throw. 4) Remember to double check any item left before leaving the place. *After leaving the place, do EXIT VEHICLE before placing keys into the same mailbox.
