If you’re looking for a lively central location, this may not be ideal: the apt is 5 km from the Bãi Cháy tourist area center and 12 km from Hạ Long city center, with limited nearby amenities and occasional short power cuts in the hot season. But if you value peace and fresh sea air, it’s a perfect choice: right by the coast, close to cruise ports, in a modern building with a pool, gym, spa, and restaurant (extra fee). The space We put a lot of affection and enthusiasm into this 54m2 apartment, to bring you 5-star standard utilities that are still comfortable and warm like at home. The apartment has 2 layers of thick glass, ensuring good sound insulation while still observing the view of the mountains and lakes and the city, which is airy and beautiful. Our furniture includes: - Standard King bed with a soft mattress and a sofa bed. - Sofa with tea table, desk, recliner, and high-speed internet help you easily handle work remotely. -50-inch smart TV with internet, including Netflix, movie and sports channels – simply log in with your own Netflix account to enjoy. - Induction, rice cooker, kettle, and basic cooking tools (pots, pans, baskets, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, cutting boards, knives, scissor, not including seasonings) will help you enjoy great dishes in the coastal city of Ha Long. - Washing machine/dryer with full washing detegents right in the apartment. - Bathroom with bathtub, shower, swimsuit, hair dryer, clean towel, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste...always serve you most ultimately. - Iron in the closet. -Filtered water, tea, and coffee are provided free of charge (complimentary on your first day only). - Refrigerator with its power source, ensuring that food is always fresh even if you are not in the room. Guest access *Free service: - Tea, coffee, and drinking water in the apartment (welcome day) - All utensils in the apartment (except for 1 locked cabinet). - Children's play area on the 3rd floor : Free for children under 130cm. - Beach. Other things to note • The apartment is privately owned and located within the 5-star Alacarte Ha Long hotel building. Buffet breakfast, the swimming pool, and other hotel amenities are not included in the room rate. Please do not check in at the hotel reception. The house keeper will meet you in the lobby on the 1st floor of the building (À la carte Residence) and assist you with the check-in process. Kindly inform us of your check-in time at least one day in advance for the best support. * The standard occupancy of the room is 2 guests. An extra charge applies for any additional guest. • Upon check-in, if you are dissatisfied with the cleanliness or feel that the room does not match the description on Airbnb, please provide feedback immediately. If no feedback is received, we will consider the room to be perfect (as described). * Please do not bring, store, or cook strong-smelling foods (e.g., curry, durian, seafood) in the apartment. * Important Note: ☀️🌡️ Hot Weather & Occasional Power Outages During Summer Months Please kindly note that during the peak summer months , the weather can be extremely hot, which occasionally leads to power overloads in the area. As a result, the building may experience unexpected power outages without prior notice from the local electricity provider. To ensure your comfort during such situations, we have prepared flashlights and rechargeable fans in the apartment for your convenience.
