Located in Thoux, facing the lake which offers various services (Nautical base, Restaurant, Pool house, guinguette, swimming), our accommodation offers you absolute calm without neighbors just 40 minutes from Auch and Toulouse. The space Dear Traveler, Our accommodation has been fully designed to maximize the comfort of our guests: Sleeps: 4 people, - 1 double bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. - Pack 'n play with mattress - Chair booster - Cozy living room with sofa bed and smart TV (Netflix, Canal+ with your accounts) Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen Stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - Plancha available on the terrace with utensils Kitchen towel, hand towel and bath mat are provided. Bedding and towels They are not included in the rental but for your comfort, they can be provided as an option for 10 euros per stay. Please let me know in advance if you would like to take advantage of it! For obvious hygiene reasons, it is essential to have bed linen. End-of-stay cleaning The cleaning is to be done by you before your departure (a little vacuuming, clean dishes, cleaned surfaces). We will leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal. However, if you prefer to leave with a light mind, the cleaning fee is 30 euro. The property must be returned clean and tidy as upon arrival (disposal of household waste by you).
