Welcome to our renovated bungalow, now a comfortable chalet surrounded by nature. Located in Thoux, facing the lake, which offers a variety of amenities (water sports center, restaurant, pool house, open-air café, swimming pool), our accommodation offers absolute peace and quiet, not overlooked, just 40 minutes from Auch and Toulouse. The space Dear traveler, Our accommodation has been entirely designed to optimize the comfort of our guests: Sleeps 4 people, - 1 double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Travel cot with mattress - Booster seat - Cozy living room with sofa bed and smart TV (Netflix, Canal+ with your accounts) - Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher - Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet - Griddle available on the terrace with utensils A kitchen towel, hand towel, and bath mat are provided. Bed linens and towels These are not included in the rental price, but for your convenience, they can be provided as an option for €10 per stay . Please let me know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service! For obvious hygiene reasons, bed linen is essential. End-of-stay cleaning Cleaning is to be done by you before your departure (a quick vacuum, clean dishes, and cleaned surfaces). We will leave the cleaning equipment and cleaning products at your disposal. If, however, you prefer to leave with peace of mind, the cleaning fee is 30 euros. The property must be returned clean and tidy as it was upon your arrival (household waste is removed by you). We hope you will be completely satisfied with this accommodation. CHECK OUT: Departures will be until 11:00 AM. 3. CAPACITY: This accommodation is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people + 1 baby in a crib or travel cot. The number of occupants must correspond to the reservation made and the profile registered on AIRBNB. 4. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
