This property connects to Lover's Key State Park for miles of beach walking and shelling. If you are looking for more excitement or shopping, Ft. Myers beach is an easy bike, trolley or car ride across Big Carlos Pass. The space This updated, comfortable, one bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A large bar counter comfortably seats four. The entire unit has tile flooring, so beach cleanup is easy. The large bathroom has both a tub and a shower. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and the living room features a memory foam queen sized sleeper fold out. There is a closet for guests to use. TV's are located in both the living room and in the bedroom. Internet and wifi are available for guest use. The lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee and the sunset with your evening cocktails while gazing over Big Carlos Pass and the Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve. Grills are available for guests use on the Dolphin Deck overlooking the water. If you need a break from cooking, Flippers restaurant is within easy walking distance, and many other restaurants are a short car or trolley ride away. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire condo as a home away from home. Dishes and towels are provided. Pots and pans, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, mixer and a blender are provided. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are on site. All you have to bring on your vacation is food, beverages and your personal grooming items. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and hand soap are provided to get you started for the first couple of days of your stay. Laundry is available on the main floor. The lobby area has comfortable seating as well as a ping pong table available for guest use. The condo provides gated parking as well as well as coded entry into the building. The private beach provides loungers, chairs and tiki umbrellas free of charge. Guests have access to the swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the bay. Other things to note This is a privately owned and operated unit. This unit does not have a phone. This is a smoke free and pet free unit. Condo rules state that no more than four people can stay in the unit at a time.
