NO EXCEPTIONS; a $200 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found and if there is any kind of Tobacco odor. (smoking outside is allowed). GUEST POLICY: Maximum of 13 guests allowed; no parties or large gatherings. Respect for neighbors and the neighborhood is essential. No re-entering after checkout. We have security cameras outside, so please be honest about the number of guests.
