Welcome to our vintage bungalow, a charming retreat built in 1945, located in the heart of Folsom’s historic district. Just a couple of blocks from the vibrant Sutter Street, you’ll find an array of locally-owned shops, delightful restaurants, wine tasting, and lively bars. Here you can also enjoy seasonal events such as the Saturday Farmer’s Market, summer concert series & winter ice rink. Take one of our paddle boards out on the American River, within walking distance of the house. The space The bungalow features two bedrooms each with queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and full size bath. It comes equipped with games for indoor fun and paddle boards for outdoor adventures. The spacious backyard includes large covered dining areas, ideal for alfresco meals, and is adorned with a live grapevine, fruit trees and mood lighting.
