See the Night Sky @ Grace

Enjoy the outdoor lounging areas, a game of horseshoes, or chill on the couch. Cook a wonderful meal, curl up and read a book, or sit and visit with friends and family. Grace was built with care thinking of all the small details to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Best part is you are just outside city limits...on a cloudless night you can see the stars shine bright! The space The house is two story with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs tv area. With two couches converting into a full bed the house can accommodate those needing to stay on one level. There are a total of 17 sleep spots on mattresses, two cots, and two chairs that convert to twin sleeping areas. The house is designed with a welcoming and calming environment. The house has a garage with a tv and large table to provide extra space; as well as a covered patio off the dining room. Guest access The entire house is available to guests, except the outdoor storage house. Other things to note There are extra sheets, blankets, and pillows in the chase lounger of the couches. Additionally there are extra linens and pillows in the different closets throughout the house. You may adjust the thermostats while you visit; however, I ask you set them to 65 when you leave and turn off the one in the garage. The house has a tankless gas water heater, so every one should enjoy a warm shower! The wifi details are on the fridge. Some coffee and teas are available. Dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink. If you are a Missouri Katy Trail rider, we are 5 minutes from the trail on the same side as the trail. For a small fee, we can pick you up and take you into Jefferson City for food/sightseeing. It is recommended (by other riders) to take S Summit Dr if you decide to bike to the property. Please bring all towels down and turn down any beds used during your stay. Thank you!
