Enjoy incredible sunsets from our west facing, zero bank, waterfront 1,200 sq ft spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath classically beachy home with lovely sunroom. Spend the day on the water, walking the beach, or hiking the numerous trails on the Island. We have everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, to enjoy a relaxing weekend get-away or just go ahead and stay the entire week. Camano is about 60 minutes north of Seattle and no ferries! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space Wake up to your island mornings with a warm cup of coffee on our quiet and very secluded beach or wrapped up in a cozy blanket on the leather sofa watching the water and boat traffic cruise by. The Woodland Beach community consists of several homes at the end of a paved private road that hugs the hillside as you relax and enjoy a spectacular view as descend down to our home. It feels like you are dropping in to quiet breezes and tranquil beach vibes as soon as you turn off the main road. This handsomely decorated vintage home has been refreshed and lovingly updated, while still maintaining that classic Camano beach charm. Hardwood LVP floors run throughout. We have owned this home for many decades and have now decided to share it with you to make some lasting memories with your friends and family. Our view kitchen has been fully stocked with all the dishes, glassware, and cookware you would need to make a lovely meal or simple snack. We also have a dishwasher to minimize kitchen chore cleanup. Watch the boats go by as you cook or wash farm fresh vegetables in our kitchen sink. We have a 12 cup coffee machine plus a hot water kettle. Freshly ground coffee from Camano Island Roasters is provided. Our kitchen also includes basic pantry essentials such as olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar packets with a large closet pantry for your grocery storage. Enjoy meals at our indoor dining table with comfortable seating for four or on our outdoor picnic table. You can even enjoy a nice meal in our protected sunroom, all the view with none of the weather. Relax with a good book or watch a movie on our SmartTV in our inviting living room area with large picture windows. We have a large assortment of board games to keep you busy on rainy days. This room is tastefully decorated with classic island decor and very comfortable furniture. The primary bedroom has a beautiful queen sized four poster bed with a large closet and black out shades. The bathroom is good sized with a bath/shower combo plus plenty of cabinet storage. A full sized stackable washer/dryer are available for your use. The second bedroom has two twin vintage spool beds with black out shades and non working fireplace. Everything about this home makes it possible to experience the best of both indoor and outdoor living. The house opens up wide on those warm summer days or can close up on cooler days, but still allows you to appreciate the outside views. Our beachfront yard and beach is where all the magic truly happens....day and night. There is a large, outdoor picnic table, a large umbrella for shade, and two chaise loungers. There are four polywood adirondack chairs. There is a large circular outdoor firepit (guest provide their own firewood) right on the edge of our beach to extend your outside time when the temperatures drop. Cornhole is also available. Guest access Entire home (excludes garage access) Other things to note There are occasional power outages on the island during storm season. We do not have a generator but provide flashlights and battery powered lanterns. Our home is dog friendly for one small dog (under 20lbs) above two years of age($100 pet fee per visit). There will be a $50 fee applied at checkout if poop not picked up and disposed of. Cats are not allowed.
