Vacation is calling and nothing like opening your bedroom curtains to see the entire ocean at your fingertips. The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Enjoy a kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious food. NO HOT WATER The space This property has 2 townhouses that share a common area, driveway and beach access. This particular home has 2 bedrooms each with full bathrooms that are located upstairs with an ocean view on one side and Volcano view on the other. And downstairs you will find the living quarters and kitchen area as well as a garage space for any bigger items needed to be stored. Outside you have an outdoor shower on one side and the other a matching house that you can rent as well. This is a private house on a shared property with sharing gate use. You are located directly on the beach to enjoy at your leisure. This is a perfect place for a couple, family or even friends to come and enoy. We have help on site that takes care of the cleaning and garden work. No better place to enjoy a holiday. There is a filtered drinking water. No hot water in the home. Best to have a vehicle to be able to move around the area. We do have a scooter for daily rentals of $25. Guest access Guest access to the entire home. There is a shared beach access as well as the common area in the middle with hammocks. The outdoor eating area and BBQ are for this unit only as well as the outdoor shower on the north side! The other house is a different listing and for private use. Other things to note The house is fully equipped with linens, pots, pans, towels and fans through out living quarters. We have a filter water system for drinking water. We do not have a hot water system.
