The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Relax to the sound of waves and breathtaking sunsets in this peaceful shared-property setting. The Space This two-story private townhouse offers comfortable living with beautiful views throughout. Downstairs: A cozy dining area attached to the kitchen, a welcoming living room with TV, and a convenient half bath. There’s also a garage for storing beach gear, surfboards, or larger items. Upstairs: Two full bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom for excellent privacy and comfort. One bedroom features gorgeous ocean views; the other offers striking volcano views. Outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. The property includes two matching townhouses that share a common area, driveway, and beach access via a shared gate—your unit remains fully private. Guest Access You’ll have exclusive access to your townhouse, garage, and outdoor shower. Shared elements include the driveway, common area, and beach access gate. The adjacent matching townhouse may be rented separately. Interaction with Hosts Friendly on-site help manages cleaning and garden maintenance, ensuring the property stays tidy and beautiful during your stay. No Hot Water, Microwave or Oven on site. Guest access Guest access to the entire home. There is a shared beach access as well as the common area in the middle with hammocks. The outdoor eating area and BBQ are for this unit only as well as the outdoor shower on the north side! The other house is a different listing and for private use. Other things to note The house is fully equipped with linens, pots, pans, towels and fans through out living quarters. We have filtered water jugs provided for drinking water. We do not have a hot water system. The beach infront is rocky with tide pools but just walk 5 mins north for great swimming beach
