Beach house in Cabo Frio

House near Parque Lagos mall, near Lagoa Palmeiras, with Wi-Fi, supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, beer hall, restaurants, pharmacy, Upa (medical center), butcher shop, quiet and safe street parking, very safe place. The space Two bedrooms, one double and one single, one combined living room/kitchen, one bathroom with hot/cold shower/toilet and sink. Small backyard with small garden. Guest access my house is in a condominium (villa type), and the house is at the end with an independent gate. There is no private garage, but the vehicle can be parked in front of the gate. Other things to note Although it is a simple house, it is cozy and quiet, we have quiet neighbors. The house has 2 floors, and only the bottom part is for lodging, and I occupy the top floor, I only pass in front of the door when I need to leave.
