Breakfast overview: Breakfast at AsiaTica Lodge has a buffet set and an egg-based “main course” that changes daily. The set menu consists of all natural fruit juices or smoothies, granola, yogurt, fresh baked sourdough and Hokkaido milk bread, also a fresh fruit platter and coffee and tea service. The main breakfast plate can range from simple egg-based dishes such as French omelettes, poached or sunny-side up eggs to heartier plates such as shakshuka, eggs Benedict, chorizo and egg breakfast burritos and Colombian arepas. All breakfast items are natural and made in house. For an even more immersive dinner experience, guests can choose to indulge in a culinary journey offering an omakase (chef's choice) multi-course menu inspired by Asian flavors and yakitori.
