The apartment is spacious and very well connected, between Insurgentes and Patriotismo, very close to Parque Hundido with access to fast roads. Public transportation: subway 2 blocks, buses 1 block, metrobus 5 small blocks. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms with tv, towels, pillows and very comfortable bedding, the house has a super nice vibe and an excellent location very close to Parque Hundido. Notice there are stairs to access to the living room and another set for the bedrooms. P.S. You can input your personal code after touching lightly the screen to awaken it. Important Note: Every Thursday after 3 pm, a trusted person will briefly enter the property to water the plants and carry out maintenance and cleaning in a closed office within the accommodation. This office is not for guest use, but due to its skylight, it can collect dust or occasionally attract insects, so regular upkeep is necessary to keep it in good condition. The visit is very quick and does not interfere with guest-only areas. You will be reminded of this visit in advance to avoid any confusion or inconvenience. Other things to note If your stay is long, there will be a weekly cleaning with charge to ensure a comfortable environment for you. **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. * We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washing machine and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. It is important to note that towels that are stained or permanently damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely to remove makeup or for products that may stain. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
