Truly a home away from home. Close to downtown, parks, art/culture, UofR, VCU, James River, breweries, coffee shops & pedestrian shopping. 20 minutes from airport. Great for solo-travelers, couples, & especially long-term stay for traveling nurses, UofR or VCU Grad Students, etc. Quiet house & neighborhood will feel like home away from home due to the charming decor, the back yard, the 2 funny little dogs & the friendly but respectful host ;). Street parking is safe & easy. The space The room is spacious, bright, and airy. It has a queen sized bed and a small vanity that can be used as a desk. There is a smart TV in the room. There is a 2nd room that you can rent if you have additional people & it is available (https://www.airbnb.com/slink/3Q2dzZla). It also has a queen size mattress and a smart TV. Guest access Make yourself at home in the kitchen and all downstairs living areas. Washer/dryer may be accessible upon request. During your stay I am social and like to meet and get to know people. But am also happy to leave you to peace & quiet if that is what you prefer. If he is around and you’re interested, Conner the little terrier will be glad to get to know you/perform tricks for treats.
