Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property and can use all the amenities provided. However, the villas are situated on a hill and requires climbing a 50-step staircase from the parking area. Please consider this if you are traveling with seniors or persons with limited mobility. Beach access is about 200 meters walk, away from Barney’s Pointe. Beach Access Arrangements for direct access to the beach can be made. Additional P150/pax Entrance Fee for adults and P75/pax for children and senior citizens. Waiver of Liability for Beach Access: This waiver acknowledges that ______________________________ hereinafter referred to as "Guest(s)," are accessing the beach at Barney's Pointe solely through their arrangement with Dreamland Paradise Resort hereinafter referred to as "Resort." Barney's Pointe is not the owner of the beach and has no involvement in the Guest(s)' agreement with the Resort. By reading this waiver, the Guest(s) agrees to the following: 1. No Liability: Barney's Pointe assumes no responsibility for the safety or well-being of the Guest(s) while on the beach. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, loss of property, or other incidents that may occur. 2. Independent Arrangement: The Guest(s) acknowledge that their beach access is solely through their contract with the Resort, and that Barney's Pointe is not a party to that agreement. 3. Assumption of Risk: The Guest(s) voluntarily assume all risks associated with beach access, including but not limited to, water hazards, natural conditions, and the actions of other beachgoers. 4. Indemnification: The Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barney's Pointe, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the beach. Other things to note • Generator: In case of power interruption, our generator can ONLY supply power for all electric fans, some lights, internet, tv’s and minor appliances for your convenience. AIRCONDITIONS are NOT INCLUDED. 🔥 Salinated Water Supply: As the property is next to the ocean, the water supply in our bathrooms and faucets are salty as supplied by our local water works. 🔥 Security deposit of ₱5,000 is also required before check-in.
