Perfect for a week or a weekend in the countryside, the house offers a harmonious environment where nature is right at your doorstep. This charming house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. With its own beach dish and a smaller jetty just 10 meters from the house, you can enjoy both morning swim and sunsets in peace and quiet. This is the place for those who want to disconnect from everyday life and embrace the tranquility of the water. Welcome to your oasis! The space Welcome to a spacious and homely cottage close to nature and lake! Upon arrival, you are greeted by generous parking facilities, including a carport with charging access. The house entrance is on the side of the house – an older but charming entrance that gives a warm and personal feel. Once inside the house, step into a spacious hallway with direct access to a bathroom with shower. If you take a few steps in, you'll be greeted by a stylish kitchen, newly renovated in 2025, with an open layout, modern appliances, and a kitchen island with bar stools – perfect for socializing while cooking. Next to the kitchen is the first bedroom, equipped with a comfortable 180 cm double bed, TV and exit to a smaller, private terrace. From the kitchen, the open flow leads onto a large living/dining room with room for the whole party – here is a dining table for at least eight people, a large sofa and another TV for cozy movie nights. The living room opens onto a large, glassed-in deck where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening drink all year round. From the terrace you can also reach two separate sun decks – one on each side of the house – where you can relax in the sun overlooking the surroundings. Via a staircase you reach the downstairs. There are a total of six rooms, four of which are available for rent: three bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds – perfect for kids or young adults – note however that this room lacks windows. Bedroom 3 offers a 180cm double bed and beautiful view over the lake – a place to really relax. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed for children, 160 cm long. No windows. Adults cannot sleep here. Guest access On the ground floor, there are two rooms that are locked for our private property. Other parts of the house have full access. The number of the person in charge of the house will be given at the time of booking. Other things to note Bed linens are on site. Cleaning is not included - what needs to be cleaned is in the binder in the house. How you will receive the keys will be communicated at least 2 weeks before arrival.
