Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection.
