The space This is a private villa spread in 10,000 sq ft with enclosed compound and a relaxing private swimming pool (20 ft* 40 ft). Road is motor able up till villa . It is just 5 -10 min of drive from Mandwa jetty and same 5 min of drive to the nearest sasawane beach . It provides compete seclusion from the city life surrounding by rice fields . LIVING ROOM: Living room offers cozy and comfortable sitting sofa and couch to enjoy with family. It has 55” LED TV And access to Netflix/Amazon video etc using high speed Internet connection. BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. - All bedrooms has fully Air- Conditioners. - All the rooms have kind sized double bed . BATHROOMS: - There are 4 bathrooms - 03 attached and 01 Living room. - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are available. KITCHEN & MEALS: - The kitchen is equipped ground floor with refrigerators cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen with 2000 rs additional charges. - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge as well. The large pool offers the opportunity to get refreshed at any time of the day. Guest access The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Other things to note FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 1:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 8:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? - A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the after 8 person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be ₹ 1000/night/person. We can provide extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 8 people. Guest access - 3 rooms , hall , parking space , pool and a surrounding area . Other things to note - Pets are allowed at this property with extra cleaning charges of 1000 rs per pet. - Food order prior 4 hours has to be provided. -Pool timings - 10 am to 10 pm -Caretaker availability - 9am to 10 pm -Music should be off by 10 pm -Kitchen opening timings - 9 am to 10 pm -Drinking and eating strictly prohibited in and around pool . -Security deposit of 5000 rs is payable at the time of check in is refundable subject to terms & conditions. - Aadhar card of every member is to be submitted at check in .
