Having a Infinity Swimming Pool with a view of lawn, trees and mountains - Dioramas Villa provides the perfect retreat for those looking to relax and enjoy the serenity of the trees, farm and hills. The space INFINITY SWIMMING POOL The Villa includes an infinity swimming pool which looks over the lawn and hill area on the first floor. This pool is the main highlight of he property LIVING & DINING Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious living area with comfortable seating. This is a great place to spend time with your loved ones. - AC - Plush Décor - Comfortable Sofa with cushions - Nesting Coffee tables - Wi-fi - Board Games BEDROOMS The villa has 3 bedrooms - two on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Each of the bedrooms have : - AC - Comfortable bed with fine linen - Teapoy Table - En-suite Bathroom Bedroom 1 (Ground floor) - AC - King Bed - Lawn area View Bedroom 2 (Ground floor) - AC - King Bed - Lawn area View Bedroom 3 (Second floor) - AC - 2 Queen Beds - Lawn, Pool and Hill view KITCHENETTE We have a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment if you are looking to prepare your own meals. The Villa is equipped with : - Basic Cookware - Basic Serve ware - Refrigerator We do not provide any ingredients. If you are looking to cook, kindly bring all the necessary ingredients. GARDEN The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lush green lawn and Mango trees. OTHER SPACES - Private terrace with hill view - Dedicated work desk - Free Parking facility is available inside the property. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa with its garden and swimming pool to enjoy. Kitchen is also accessible for cooking. We request the guests to use it with love and care just like at their own place. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BOOKING A minimal security deposit will be charged for safety and security purpose for every booking. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Penalties will be applicable for following reasons - EXCESSIVE DIRT AND GARBAGE MINOR DAMAGE SEVERE DAMAGE LOST KEY MISSING ITEM STAINS ON TOWEL (MAKEUP, MUD ETC) STAINS ON BED (FOOD, COFFEE, SOUP ETC) WALL STAINS CARPET STAINS ALWAYS DISPOSE TISSUE OR NAPKIN IN THE GARBAGE, NOT IN THE TOILET. Avoid playing very loud music during the stay so that others in the vicinity have a peaceful stay too. Post 10 pm loud music is prohibited Soft music can be played only indoors post 10 pm. Keep volumes low. POOL RULES: Pool timings from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. Alcohol, Smoke, Food is strictly not allowed inside the pool ( this may affect your deposit if not followed ) Children Below 15 years cannot enter the pool without parental observation. No pets allowed in the pool. Use the shower before entering the pool. Adult supervision is a must at all times when children are in pool. No lifeguard on duty. No illegal substances allowed. No littering anywhere. All the rooms are provided with dustbins. Toilets & Bathrooms to be used responsibly. The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests. Please make sure to switch off all lights, electronic gadgets, windows, fans, taps while leaving your house. No tampering the CCTVs. They are placed for your own safety. Kindly clear all the dues before check-out. Strictly NO food consumption allowed in bedrooms & lawn area. You can eat in the hall or dining area near the pool deck. Cigarette smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in Bedroom and Bathroom areas. Cigarette butts should be disposed in the ash trays only. Huge request to not stub them underfoot and flick outside. Please speak with the caretakers respectfully. Please treat the house as your own and take care of everything as it is the labor of our love. Guests need to be mindful of maintaining cleanliness. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property He has a separate house He will be available at all times till 9 pm The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message We have 24/7 electricity Electricity is not a problem unless there is a huge fault and the whole towns light is not there Inverter can support all plug points and lights for up to 10 hours (except Geysers, Refrigerator and ACs) High Speed WIFI is available 24/7 (30mbps) All mobile networks work fairly well here (JIO works the best) Ample Space for Car Parking Meals are not included in the tariff We have a full fledged kitchen including a gas with all the utensils needed for basic cooking Kitchen is accessible at no extra cost so you can cook food but you will have to carry all the cooking material There many pure veg and non veg restaurants which deliver food at the property’s doorstep All our previous guests order from the same restaurants everytime Zomato is also available RO facility is available at the Farmstay  The entire property is open for your pets except for the beds and sofas provided they are not aggressive and are friendly with the caretaker. Please carry your pet's bedding and kibble. Please try to keep the indoors clean because we have had many instances where pets tend to urinate inside the property and on the bed too. Also they tend to damage the furniture and linens sometimes. We provide Bonfire and Barbeque Barbeque’s charges are 750/- for a night Includes coal, bbq stand, skewers Food is not included in it The caretaker will help you set up the barbeque Cooking and everything else will be done by the guests Bonfire’s charges are 350/- per night Suitable for small parties and special occasions as well  Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates Check in: 1:30 PM onwards and Check out: 11 AM sharp We can provide early check-in and late check-out as per requirement Last but not the least - This is not a hotel, but a private holiday home. While we genuinely strive to offer thoughtful service and a delightful experience, the resources and infrastructure here are not the same as those of a commercial hotel. Services like 24/7 room service or restaurant-style setups may not be available. We kindly request guests to understand and accept this difference while booking. If we fall short in anything please let us know then and there. We will solve it..
