The villa is located within a 180-acre gated community, including a children's park, open-air gym, and quiet tree lined avenues for those long peaceful walks admiring nature's bounty. Don't miss the exclusive Jacuzzi on the terrace, where you can relax to your hearts content - while you take in the views and the bubbles soothe your soul. Note: The property has 3 bedrooms and 4 double beds that can accommodate 8 people comfortably. Extra persons above 8, for Rs. 500/- each. (upto 7 max) can be accommodated on single bed and mattresses. Check-in: 1 pm Check-out: 11 am Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 5,000/- before check-in. Early Check-in and late Check-out as per availability and charges are applicable. ₹500 per hour. In addition, there is Amara restaurant that delivers to JoMarias Villa and also GVK Dosa Bhavan that provides South Indian breakfast, vegetarian lunch & dinner Thali. They also provide Fish, Mutton, Chicken preparations in various gravies and fry flavours for dinner. The Villa is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, electric kettle and rice cooker primarily for heating and tidbit cooking. Full-fledged cooking is not allowed at the Villa. (Additional cleaning and damage charges applicable due to cooking). Various Board games such as Carrom, Ludo, Snakes & Ladder, Playing Cards, Dumb Charades, Bingo, Housie, Badminton, Cricket are available for your entertainment. For Music lovers, 2 Mic Karaoke & Music System available. Housekeeping assistance is available from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you need help beyond these hours, there’s a charge of ₹500 for up to 6 hours. To ensure your comfort, we have provided inverter backup that can last up to 8 hours with prudent use (fans and lights). We recommend mindful usage to make the most of this backup during any power interruptions.
