Hosting ➢ Pets is not allowed. Loud noise is ➢ not allowed in the hallways or in the apartments. ➢ The garbage disposal can be done at any time by the host, going down the service elevator and discarding in a container present in the Underground 1 or the Underground 2. ➢ It is not allowed to climb the social elevator in beachwear, shirtless, with beach chairs, thermal boxes, etc. ➢ The garage of each apartment is numbered, it can only be used by the registered host and the car needs to be registered at the reception and cannot be used by third parties. ➢ Bicycles must stay with a lock on the bike rack. Gaming Room ➢ Material can be requested at the reception from 08:00 to 18:00 (departure), delivered only for those over 18 years old. ➢ Gymnasium may be used from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (departure), upon prior appointment, only adults on site, picking up the key at the reception if the time is available. Pool ➢ hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closing Monday and Thursday for maintenance. It is not allowed to use glass bottles in the area near the pool, nor consumption of food, social elevator should not be used to go to the pool. ➢ The N.E.O. Building is not responsible for renting apartments any problem regarding the inside of the apartment the owner must be triggered by the host. Apartment rentals ➢ are made through the sites, the owners are responsible for their properties and their guests must comply with the general rules of the condominium. ➢ The departure time of each apartment is described in the reservation or agreed between the host and the owner well in advance. ➢ The number for doubts related to the condominium are: 91 (Reception) and 94 (Ordinance).
