Federation Hill Guest House

Stay in one of Townsville’s most unique guest house’s with spectacular views over Townsville and out to the islands. Our guest house is the lower level of our beautiful hillside home in Mount Louisa. The space Our guest house is located on the lower level of our 3 level house build into a hill. It has its own access by stairs to the side of the house. It also a car space allocated next to the turning bay. As we are very elevated the property has spectacular uninterrupted views over Townsville and out to Magnetic Island. The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with stove tops, electric frypan, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge plus bar fridge. All crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, platter plates, salad bowls, utensils are provided. A Weber BBQ is provided which can double up as an oven. Guest access We are located in a gated community. Access to the property is via the gate on High Vista Drive. We will provide you with a remote for the duration of your stay. When you arrive call us so we can open the gate remotely. The gate opens automatically when leaving. The guest house is located on our lower level of our 3 bedroom house and access is down the stairs at the side of the house. Other things to note We have a very friendly short haired blonde border collie called Rosie. She is an outside dog, loves people, loves chasing sticks or toys. She also has a job to protect the house so occasionally may bark during the night. Currently are gardens are being ungraded and new turf is going down but looks a little bare in the meantime. We recommend leaving your outside lights on if you plan on going out at night as it can get very dark outside returning home. We also have put lights around the pole outside the main bedroom for extra lighting which can be switched on when going out also.
