Magnificent View

This house is located on a beautiful knoll with extensive views in all directions to the North. You look across an expansive meadow with mountains in the background and horses in the distance. Directly in front of you you’re looking at Blossom Peaks. To the right you look up the middle of South Fork River Valley to Dennison Mountain, covered with giant Sequoia’s and pines. In the foreground there is beautiful open pastures filled with horses, making it a truly magnificent setting. The space When you arrive, you will walk into a very clean, spacious house. This home has been completely remodeled with all new appliances, furniture, etc. If you want to cook your own meals there is a kitchen, complete with everything you will need to cook with for your use. We also supply a Kuerig and several different types of coffee pods, creamers & sweeteners. Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds and a bathroom attached. Each bathroom has a beautiful, large shower. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash & a blow dryer for your convenience. The home is located within walking distance of the town center, or it is a 2 minute drive. It will take you approximately 12 minutes to drive to the Sequoia Park entrance. Along the way you will pass through the quaint town of Three Rivers and see everything we have to offer. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and the laundry room which is attached to the house with a separate entrance right outside the front door. Other things to note We only allow 4 guests in/on the premises at any time. If there are any additional guests, without prior consent, you will be charged an additional $75.00 per night, per guest. Your reservation may be cancelled and at that time you would have to leave the premises immediately, with NO refunds.
