In winter, return home along the ski-out trail and ease into your private hot tub beneath the trees; in the warmer months, the Valley Trail is just a short ride away, connecting you to Whistler’s lakes, parks, and village. Evenings are for stretching out on the sofa, with fresh mountain air just beyond your patio doors. Sleeping arrangements This single-level, ground-floor townhome accommodates up to four guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in closet, and dresser, along with an ensuite bathroom complete with heated tile floors and a tub with overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as either a king or two twin beds, plus a closet and TV. A second bathroom includes a step-in glass-paneled shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay. Living spaces The open-plan living area brings everyone together after winter adventures. Comfortable seating surrounds a large TV, creating an inviting place to relax indoors. Heating keeps the space cozy through the colder months, while portable fans are available. Wifi makes it easy to stay connected, and free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit add convenience for longer stays. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and more. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are included. Gather around the dining table for shared meals and conversation before planning the next day on the mountain. Outdoor living Your private entrance leads to a patio set against a forested backdrop. The private hot tub offers a soothing end to ski days, and a BBQ grill with outdoor furniture provides additional space to unwind in the crisp mountain air. Ski access & location Located in the Arrowhead Point Complex on Blackcomb Mountain, this home offers ski access with nearby ski-home and ski-out trails. The ski-home trail from Lower Cruiser run brings you back to the complex, and the ski-out trail connects down to the base of Blackcomb and the Blackcomb Gondola. Ski access is seasonal, typically available from late December to March and dependent on snow levels. Whistler Village is also within easy reach for dining, shops, and activities. Amenities & essentials Practical comforts include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, safe, and self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking garage on premises is available, and long term stays allowed makes this townhome well suited for extended winter escapes focused on time in the mountains. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note • Fireplace. Please note the fireplace in this vacation rental is not operational. The home is heated by baseboard heaters • Stairs. Entry to the home is up 10 stairs and is the only way to access the home • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Arrowhead Point complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free • Not pet-friendly.
