Payton Creek Lodge is a newly renovated chalet style cabin on a third acre and nestled in a gated community. This mountain community features spectacular and exclusive mountain views, waterfalls, river access, and destination hiking trails, all within walking distance. The cabin has a king sized bed, lounging chairs overlooking the creek, hot tub just outside the back door, BBQ, firepit, two TVs, and full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the comforts of home in a wild, natural setting. The space This location is ideal for those who want to experience nature along with modern comforts and provides the ideal basecamp for those who want to enjoy some outdoor adventure. You can enjoy BBQing, hot tubbing, and dining on the back deck overlooking the creek. The property is inside a gated community with access to the Skykomish River, Sunset Falls, and the Lake Serene and Bridal Veil Falls trailhead. This property is a short drive from the town of Index and Goldbar's dining and grocery store, 35 minutes from Steven's Pass ski area, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Leavenworth in one direction and Seatac International Airport on the other. The many opportunities for outdoor adventure include nearby hiking, water-rafting, kayaking, climbing, skiing, and biking. The charming lodge is 750 square feet on a 1/3 acre plot, in a neighborhood, close to other cabins, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Guest access Guests will have private access to Payton Creek Lodge, it's grounds, including the deck with hot tub, BBQ, dining, as well as the firepit area. Though neighboring homes are nearby, the area around the cabin has partial fencing and feels private. Other things to note The neighborhood where the cabin is located contains a mix of properties, full time residents and many vacation and Airbnb properties. Some are well kept and a few are less so, however all our neighbors are trustworthy and friendly.
